Atleast they don't bore you with the mega serials, it helps the participants to reveal their talents which were hidden inside for so long. Everyone is sick and tired of mega serials so they are trying something with reality shows. They don't realise that unless you hire good people and make quality shows instead of mass producing everything they will never earn respect.
