Critical flaw in Lotus Notes
IBM has issued a patch to sort out critical security flaws discovered in the Lotus Notes running on Windows based networks. Lotus Notes is a popular desktop application which combines e-mail, instant messenger and browser.
The flaw, which is present in the Autonomy Key View component used to process Lotus 1-2-3 files, enabled hackers to take control of the user’s system and exploit it for malicious purposes.
