Atlast Placed

Infosys, L&T, Satyam, American Megatrends, Subex Azure, Virtusa, AIG, Data patterns, iGate, Syntel, VB Tools, Mphasis, VSNL, OFS, Assurgent, prosys, CTS, L cube, Lucid s/w, sutherland bpo and three job fairs….

These are the list of company interviews attended by me and got rejected.  I always mostly rejected from the apps round.  My first apptitude clear is in my 12th interview(Mphasis).   After selected in HR, they rejected me for not having fluency english and told me to improve yourself.  On that time i feel very bad.  Even i have good percentage and good technical skills, but i am not placed.  I always worried about this.

Yesterday i selected in the one of the multi national company “TCS” which is held in Anna University campus.  First i got select in apps round. Apps i easy one, they asking from previous question paper.   I know lot of technical, so i am not afraid of technical round.  There is 2 HR, asking more than five programmes in various languages, i wrote it and then i selected for HR round.  In HR round, there is three HR asking questions continuously for 30 minutes.  In this HR round, I stammered alot.  They asked me easy questions, but i am trying to say my answer in english with very stammering….  But god grace, another HR always asking about technical, so i managed and easily told.

I thought that i would not be selected for this interview, but atlast placed in TCS.  They only sees my technical knowledge, not my communication skills.  Now i am really very happy for getting this job. But i want to tell to thank my college friends and my some school friends.  They encouraged and motivated me in all time.  They only expected more than me in my TCS results.  I thank you my all the friends and i will never forget you. Thanks alot.

    At last i felt happy after hearing the news.

    Naresh was much happier than me when i got placed in MphasiS and I was much worried than him when he missed MphasiS.

    See Naresh, You was feeling a lot for waiting, But as i told you that day(hope you remember) Waiting is always good because you will find a better place, better money :) .

    One thing i still feel for is we both didn’t get a chance for working together. Hope it happens after 5 Yrs, maybe.

    Probably Naresh was the only guy in our college who has attended so many interviews, some 80 odd i think :lol:

    Sorry for commenting very late da. But i was very happy to hear that you got placed in a very reputed company. Keep one thing in mind, if you are good in your work then you will really achieve the goal. I felt very bad when you asked me to get you a job in call centre after getting fed up by attending so many interviews.So dont ever loose your hope at any cost.See now, your the person who is going to earn more than anyone of our class. I am really happy. Finally my usual phrase ” DONT FORGET US “. You will surely Rock da. All the best for ur TCS job.
